DO WE NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
If you are a group of 9 or less, no reservations are required. If you are a group of 10 or more, we ask that you call each location to setup a time to visit. As some of our facilities are small, we want to ensure we can give you great service.
WHERE DOES "THE CRAWL" BEGIN?
You can start THE CRAWL at any of our three locations: Carlos Creek Winery, Copper Trail Brewery or Panther Distillery. You will purchase your pass at your FIRST location!
HOW LONG IS "THE CRAWL?"
There is no set length. You can do the crawl all in one day or you can spread it out over the year. Your crawl pass will never expire. If you do the crawl all in one day, it generally takes about 3-5 hours. We recommend you have a sober driver if you intend to complete the crawl in one day.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I COMPLETE "THE CRAWL?"
At the end of the crawl, all participants are given a 15% off discount card to be used at all three locations on your next visit. This card will give you 15% off one item. Again, this card has no expiration date!
DO I HAVE TO BE 21 OR OLDER TO PURCHASE "THE CRAWL?"
You do not have to be 21 or older to purchase THE CRAWL as there is no alcohol included in the purchase. You do have to be 21 or older to use the crawl card! You will be carded at each location before purchasing your tasting.
DO I GET TO KEEP THE WINE & LIQUOR SAMPLING GLASSES?
Since THE CRAWL includes a special glass, you will NOT be able to keep your sampling glasses at Carlos Creek Winery or Panther Distillery.
WHEN DOES THE CRAWL START AND END?
There is no start or end to THE CRAWL! THE CRAWL began in June 2017 and will continue indefinitely! If you missed it last time you were in Alexandria, please check it out on your next trip. There is also no set time for when you need to begin.
